As most fans know, Scott Taylor has been hard at work building a brand-new car for the upcoming No Prep Kings and Outlaw 32 races. After a long time in the making, it’s finally ready to make its debut. This isn’t just any build either — it's a beautiful Camaro that serves as a tribute to Scott’s father, making it even more special.

Scott’s been teasing the new ride for a while now, and trust us when we say, it looks incredible. From the striking color choice to the sleek roofline, every detail screams speed and style. Under the hood, he’s sticking with a proven combo — a Proline MH7 Hemi paired with a ProCharger, just like he’s been running in past NPK seasons. If you ask us, it’s the perfect setup for someone who knows how to push a car to the limit.

Last season, Scott showed he’s a serious contender by taking home wins at two NPK events, and this new car promises to take things even further. It’s designed to be lighter and faster than his previous ride, the well-known "Track Doe," which has now been sold and is headed to the radial racing scene.

The first outing for Scott’s new Camaro will be next weekend at DragFest, held at Gulfport Dragway. The wiring just got finished up, and the team is working around the clock to get everything dialed in for the car’s first passes. It's cutting it close, but knowing Scott and his crew, they’ll have it ready to go.

Following DragFest, it’s straight into the fire with the first official No Prep Kings race of the season, happening out in California. Not only are we excited for the season opener, but it's also the first event under the brand-new format and rules, which should definitely shake things up.

Now, it’s worth mentioning that a few big names — including Justin — won’t be competing in Speed Promotions this year. But the good news? The series is wide open to anyone with a steel roof and quarters. We’re expecting to see some fresh faces jump in, like Chevy Reeves from Canada and plenty of other racers hungry to make a name for themselves.

Scott’s new Camaro should have a major advantage this season. Without any minimum weight requirements, lighter cars like his can really capitalize on the rule changes. There’s been some talk about whether racers will start adding nitrous to their ProCharged combos, and while Scott hasn’t confirmed anything yet, don't be surprised if he jumps on that trend too.

California's track isn’t exactly famous for perfect conditions either, so with a true no prep surface, it’ll be very interesting to see how the ProChargers stack up against the screw blowers when they're cranked all the way up.

All in all, it’s shaping up to be an exciting start to the season, and here at Street Outlaws Talks, we’ll be watching every pass and bringing you all the action. Make sure you stay tuned — this season is going to be one for the books!
